Do You Have a Sub Clinical Leaflet Trombosis?

We often foat ten to 15 years of durability, but they do not require long term anti coagulation. Data now extending out eight and nine years in some of these patients is very encouraging. There has been evidence a sub leaflet thrombosis does increase the odds of stroke or transieng a scemic attack in the population. But i think further studies are needed to investigate what's the roll of screening tests for Leaflet Thrombosis.
