How to Make Money by the Hour
If an architect wanted to make money by the hour, then they would not have picked architecture. One hour is worth a crazy amount of money compared to the next. The average human can't work consistently 12 hours every day for three, three hndred, 65 days a year. D so you're capt at the amount of money you make is not going to change unless you like hiring people in stuff like that.
