The Importance of Understanding Chinese Interpretations of Key Terms in International Relations

The dictionary was developed by me and four other China specialists, namely Katya Dreenhausen, Marina Rudiak, Yaka Hetlstrom, and David Bandarski. We believe that in order to understand what China means when it talks about multilateralism, rule of law, peace, security, it's really essential to read the book. Read and analyze these terms in a Chinese historical and political context. So we've been doing what the great synologists Simon Lee's described as munching rhinococeros sausage and swallowing sawdust by the bucketful.
