What Do You Think About the Cash Rate First Quarter?
Tim Lister: We're starting to see the mainstream view that the cash rate or interest rates will probably find a ceiling through the first quarter of next year. And it's long been our view that once interest rates stabilize, we'll probably see housing prices stabilize as well. It looks like the consensus view now is probably a peak in the cash rate first quarter and I'm betting that will also herald a stabilization in housing prices. Looking forward to next year, it's probably going to be the case that interest rates stay on hold rather than coming down straight away. That will probably herald the start of a new growth cycle, but that's probably not likely in so maybe late next year, if
