A Burnt Out Book Club

I offer what i call the banished burnt out book club. I don't charge extra for it, where people can come and we can do more of that facilitation type work. It's not like work for me. I love it. And then afterwards, they get to spend time with you. A burn out is a hot topic. The people are scared that their employees are resigning in droves because they're burned out. So how could you morf what you're doing so that it gets to be more like that?
