How to Make a Decision Out of Fear

I think there's a lot of, I think it's really important to understand what kind of business you're trying to run. And so really like looking inwardly and thinking what what are my goals? What do I want this thing to be? It's important to filter influencer like advice through that lens at all times. Because everybody's situation is very different. The things that work well for me are not the same things that are going to work well for a company that's employing 10 people or needs a growth strategy.
