The Absolute Switch Out of the Organization Point
If you can find a sense of connection, those sort of bonds and belonging, it can often create a bit more of that happiness than you might feel like you're missing at the moment. The last part of the matrix is where you're not learnin and you're not loving what you're doing. And i would say this is the switch out of the organization point here, because what are you staying for? And maybe you're staying for stability. So don't look to a matrix to give you a right answer. But we do think you can increase the amount of useful information that you have by thinking about our next idea for action.
