Research firm estimates that since 20 19, blackouts have cost syria 88 million dollars. Across seven middle eastern north african countries, the losses have amounted to 370 million dollar. Given all those costs, i would hope that countries are looking at ways to curtail cheating other than shutting off the enginet for everyone.
