The Importance of Notional Memory in Chat GPT

CNN's John Sutter has created a chatbot that can learn from him. The bot is called Chat GPT and it works on iOS and iPadOS. It does not have any memory, it has no sort of institutional memory of you in general. You can't upload all of your photos, you can't upload writing to the robot.
