"The hymen doesn't serve any male purpose and it's not a measure of whether or not you're a virgin," she says. "I know a lot of women have beaten themselves up about it who have thought like, you know, there's some negative thing about them because they had sex." She adds that the 'purity' conversation only is for women; we don't put that same conversation on men.
