Can You Really Have Informed Consent With Mandatory Childhood Vaccines?

There's really only like four or five European countries that mandate childhood vaccines for school and the rest of them, it's entirely optional. Despite that, they have very high vaccination rates in Europe. And so there is this question of can you really have informed consent with mandates? To what extent is it public like the people in public health? We maybe can learn something from Europe and like this, the informed consent approach.
