How to Support a Small Church Pastor
The small and the mid-sized church is has been will always probably be the backbone of the church in America. I pastor a small church for 12 years and he grew from 30 to 300 To 150 in the eighth year because of a split and then after 12 years we closed it So I'm a guru because of that experience. I have this tremendous passion to support the small church pastor But but not to leave them in there Sometimes it's not that they're lost. They're just they get left behind or we're left behind Well, I tell everybody we live in the residue of the seeker and the attractional movements.
