Hypo Uvelemic Hyper Valemic
The most common causes of renal failure are psychogenic polydepsia and beer potomania. The rareest cause is hypo uvelemic hyper valemic, where your water intake outstrips your salute. These patients should be treated with a full set of labs to ensure they're not going too far sideways.
