The original autopsy said that mc lean's cause of death was undetermined, but the new report says he died due to a fatal overdose of kadamen,. which parametics gave him while he was being restrained in a choke hold by police. And the five defendants faced a total of 32 charges, including manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide.
