Is There a Balance Between UX Design and User Education?

Like what's the balance between better design and user education? Because like you said, we can get as close to memo as possible, but it's not memo. It's Bitcoin. You have UTXOs. You have coin selection and all that. Like how much effort do you guys think is needed to make people aware of how they should be interacting with these apps? I mean, these are not new principles in designing for a set of users who don't know about your product or whatever.
