Would I Borrow a Mortgage to Have That Cash?

A lot of times people will do the game and I've done this in the podcast lots of times where you're sitting there with money and the mortgage. But sometimes the- What I don't like about that exercise that I have used so many times to help people think through stuff is the answer always seems to be I would not borrow money to have this cash. And so it makes me suspicious of the question. Isn't there someone anywhere that would be like, yeah, I would borrow that money for the cash? Well, at that interest rate, maybe.
