A standardized curcumin product that has reasonable bioavailability could be good, but you're still the bio, there's still going to be a limitation on exactly how bioavailable that is. And how much you can take, right? So if you are getting, you know, a product that maybe is combined with black pepper and it's only maybe like 20 milligrams of curcumin, then you're going to have to take a lot more pills multiple times a day potentially in order to get the dose that you may need. "I bought some OTC curcumin recently because I ran out and I do tend to take, to take some most days," she says.
