What Happens Practically When the Fed Prints Money?

In a modern monetary theorists world they might want people to just be able to helicopter drop the proportional amount of money You know consistent with the way that everyone had it or real realistically They probably want to give more people or less, you know kind of pick and choose. But but what happens practically is the Fed puts money in the system to to allow credit to be sustained In the last episode they had to put it in a lot more places to keep the vote afloat. What then happens is relative price signals change unpredictably Typically because things that are more dependent on credit get disproportionately impacted like housing and autos. It's not just moving The goal post when they print money or subtract money.
