The Importance of Sleep
Sleep is non-negotiable. It's unfortunately not an optional lifestyle luxury. A lack of sleep will age a man by a decade within just a week in terms of hormonal health. After one week of short sleep, your blood sugar levels are so disrupted that someone like you, the GP, after doing a blood test would actually classify them as being prediabetic. Don't get too anxious to go out at night if you're struggling with sleep. Even I do have bouts of insomnia throughout my life and it happens to all of us.
