i feel like encouragement plays such a role in getting started, because it can be really scari to get started with what you're doing. If i've nput om, i guess the only way i would say to do it is just to do it lot and then figure it out as you go along. Trying to engage with other people on their ideas. There's absolutely no way you are going to agree with everybody. And once you find aris of productive disagreements, voice them, and probably some people will agree with you. So that's a good start.
