What's Good for the Goose Is Good for the Gander

So far, the durham investigation has produced only what are called process crimes. These are crimes that grow out of the investigation itself, not what's being investigated. So so far we really haven't seen from the duram investigation clear evidence of criminal behaviour. There may be, there may be such evidence. And the er is at should be pursued. But the key, the key is the shoe on the other for test. You can't prosecute one side for something if you wouldn't prosecute the other side for it. Almost everybody is guilty of violating that rule. Both sides want to selectively weaponize the criminal law to go against their political enemies and i'm an enemy of that. I
