Happiness is not where you're just bumming through life with a smile on your face and everything's right. If we're waiting for that in order for us to be happy, we're going to be waiting a long time. My lens where I look at happiness is this core happiness tool: alignment, contentment and control. And when we work on these three things individually and I help people do that in the book, you're going to find that the side effects of that is you'll feel happy it more often.
