I'm Not Ready for That Type of Negativety, It's My Fault

We were not ready for that type of negativety that we saw. Is just like just the fact that everyone was man and everyone was white. Slowly, the hiring was just of men and white. I visited once every two years at that point a the type of conversation that happened was inappropriate. Ah crosse boundaries a time, was e xenophobic. Some one asked me about my english, and they said, maybe i don't understand the word sexism because my English isn't good enough. This is stuff you just do not say anywhere, no period.
