The Hague Convention - What Is It All About?

Anna's situation is not unique. Latest figures showed there were around 600 abductions by parents into and out of England and Wales in 2017. Once you step into the world of the Hague Convention, all things are not equal. In some countries, parents will get free legal representation. In others, they won't.
