The Importance of Creating Learning Zones for Behavior
We heard from Joe Quintz, who is Director of Education at Tennyson Road, Learning Community Trust about this exactly that. And it was interesting to hear what she said because she really reflected on the year three dip and finding that was very common. What they put in place in their trust around those spaces. They're reading to learn spaces, places where children can go and reset,. Having the learning zones for behavior, really, and then it's timetabling some actual time to deal with different things. So dealing with anxiety or belonging, low self-esteem, having classes that actually talk about self-regulations.
