Sally Kohn: I think many of us in this community are listeners. Understand the value of mindfulness, espouse it, even have done a little bit of it in the past. But for a lot of us, we sort of struggle with the well, what do i really get from that? She says she had to overcome her own biases against it as not a serious endeavor and open herself up enough to see how useful it could be. "It's about training attention so that all three of those systems of attention are strengthened" - Kohn.
