How to Boost Your Perceptions as a Service Provider

As a service marketer, we need to harness the power of becoming familiar and becoming comfortable with that client. We've done so many books on psychology and human behaviour that show that we're not rational creatures at all. So what we should be doing a service ketes is harnessing some of these things to boost our perceptions in the prospect's mind. One strategy here is saying p m and delivering a m. And this is using the anchoring effect, which we covered in thinking fast and slow. Another one is the a familiarity effect, or the status quo bias. Our brains are built on cave man days wher we didn't like anything new.
