Can You Smoke Legal Marijuana?

There are other restrictions that go along with possessing marijuana, most notably for people on the right guns. We actually filed a brief recently and a challenge to this question of unlawful users of illicit substances under the Controlled Substances Act. It doesn't matter if federally recreational legalized states or medically legalized states, both are equally illegal under federal law. Even a medical marijuana user in a state that has authorized medical marijuana who has a gun is violating federal law at least on its face.
