The Uji Breathing
i was so amazed at how much of a difference breathing made. So i decided to look up what she had to say about breath. And i loved the way that she described the uji breathing. I learned it in yoga, and it's often referred to as the ocean breath. But i never found a really good way to describe it. It may sound like the ocean's waves as you hale. See if you can feel the air at the roof of the mouth and the back of the throat. Keep repeating fully, expanding the lungs with each inhale and exhaling with a gentle rush of air.
