The State Prosecutor's Role in the Indictment of Trump
The federal government thought it was a bit too exotic to bring this particular charge. It is not at all clear that a state prosecutor is authorized to produce a federal claim if the federal prosecutors are not prepared to do this. Time will tell, but I've predicted just a couple of hours ago that it was going to be coming because Bragg would have good reason to have second thoughts. This shows you what a great seer and predictor I am in these cases. They are not very good at being with respect to the future.
