The Genetic Connection to Autism

There's a strong genetic component where people share the same genes, it expresses again very in quite high rates. Even if autism is in your family, it doesn't necessarily mean you'll have an autistic kid. I think we're finding more and more that wherever you are on the spectrum, people make incredibly valuable workers. But there's no doubt that autistic people make and can make wonderful employees.
