VisionOS: A Better Version of Stage Manager

Darryl: Vision OS looks like a successor to Stage Manager in the way that it works. On the Mac, you don't snap an app to a certain invisible grid. You can place it anywhere. The reason why I thought it was better is because of whether spatial computing fits into this.
