The Importance of Letting Colleagues Choose the Pace of Change

There was a previous MBO sort of history and maybe some distinction between what's the difference between the MBOs and the team OKRs. Was that a sticky wicket for people or was that easy enough to distinguish? Definitely a challenge area, especially depending on where you are in the company and whether you've had high adoption of the previous tool or not. So we started again by making personal objectives available. We didn't turn off the old legacy capability. And we've also created a temporary kind of parody between the two.
