Embrace the Joys in Life and Be With Them Equally
Don't just try to holdon othe joys and push away the sorrows. Invite them both. In the less we try to run away from them, the quicker they will move through us. This is living fully. We're not just holding on to the easy, smooth parts that we think will be socially acceptable. It it's ok that other people know, oh, that you might be struggling in one part of your life or another. Let that be ok. And what we do now is actually building our future. If we meditate to day, we're creating how we are going to be in the next few hours or days.
