When i worked with an agency, i was the e m d or therapist for the programme. But then had several other people where e m dar was the only thing i was doing. It is kind of nice to have that separation. When i was in both rolls, is part of a, a substance of these program that had a legal element to it. E m d r does not work if there is resistance. It cannot because of the nature of it. And so making sure that, if we are part of an agency, this is not something that we do when a client refuses to do other things and you're going to send them to e m darr as a last ditch
