i think that's one of the greatest lessons i've learned about communication, is that it's counter intuitive to continue to say stuff over and over again. And for me, character accounts more than resime. I'm an ivy soldier in three important letters, i v and y. So simple, reputable and remindin that it's a team effort. Every soldier matters in the division. And the leader, i matter. Owe that to our team.
