Broward, Florida East Coast Railroad Development
Broward wasn't like to stop on the railroad that he was interested in for the redevelopment side, or the development side. Fort Dallas, which became Miami, and Palm Beach Island, which we know were west from this. So Broward didn't necessarily have that history with the Florida East Coast. We're away like the other two area parts of the region have that was always looked at more as a farming community.
