The Sport Psych Show

CHAPTER

How Sport Psychology Influences the Planning of Sessions

The majority of your session has to look like the game. Players are constantly scanning their surroundings and aren't just working from kon bekon which isBasically tunnel tunnel vision and it goes on to the pitch that's completely different. I've been doing a lot of one-to-one sessions recently where i'm doing some sort of block constant kon beKon exercises sometimes but the vast majority of yoursession particularly when you've only got your players twice a week has to be game based. There has to be interference there has to be opponents that's my point of view in terms of how it transfers into the game setting okay.
