And every athlete leaves at least one or several of these on the table, and those are strength, our balance mobility and speed. We could obviously go on and on with each one of those in terms of what each one means but let's use the example of balance. You're your vestibular system right like your ears and your visual system, your eyes and also your somatosensory system your joints need to be in very good interplay for you to have optimized balance.
