We're programmed to be asleep about three hours after sunset. Some people actually can fall asleep at nine o'clock. If you have your blue blockers and you have the brightness down, maybe you set a bunch of candles in at night. You'll notice that about 3 hours after sunset, your body's winding down and it's like, I'm ready to go to sleep.
