The Network Is Critical

The network within the company and outside the company is really critical, not just for communication, but also to continue to keep abreast of the technology. A lot of this focus is obtained by prototypes, but us done by the enginery organization as well. I've a bias, because i grew from a certaina standpoint. I grew into a citioso. And so my sense is that it's better to grow acitio than it is to bring one from the outside.
