I think it like comes down to really paying attention to somebody's strength in particular, and being like, and trying to map that too, like a business opportunity. Or if you know, somebody is just, like, really good at vision, and there is this gap in an organization around that area,. Almost like ignoring that piece of it and really cparing a person with an opportunity actually helps unlock quite a bit. And even just like a hard list of requirements that i think we're used to thinking about, like checking off before prepare someone for an opportunity has been really aliting.
