When people have chronic pain, pain as an experience is really pervasive. Like it sort of is always knocking on your door like you're aware you hurt. But that pain, if you can learn how to move and maneuver it from the forefront of your mind to the background of your mind,. It actually helps you navigate the pain differently and more adaptively. And that being said, it doesn't mean it's easy.
