How Do You Wake Yourself Up?
Emily says that starting off by doing something like drinking a glass of water has been found to just help wake the body up a little bit. As with the slow movements to get out of bed and start the day, Emily says hygiene can also be reduced to smaller, more doable steps. If you are not having it that day, use some dry shampoo. Also try using the sink and using a wash cloth and putting it on the dirtier smelly areas of your body.
