Urban food growing could be just as productive or even more productive than conventional growing. In our towns and cities, people are there to tend that space much more intensely. It's pretty impressive, but you're not going to use all your green spaces for food. We do need them further things. So how should we decide where to grow? I think it needs to be a dialogue. And think bigger and be more creative.
