This video was watched 14 million times in six hours before it was removed from bright bart's page. And facebook has a two strike policy for its news partner's sharing misinformation within a 90 day period. When asked why bright bart got to be a facebook trusted partner while spreading misinformation about an active plague, mark held up the two strike policy as a shield.
