The End of the English Language

In old english now that was the that was a third class language right it ceases to be the language of the court. We have still from the 11th century well over a hundred manuscripts written principally in the vernacular and those old english language manuscript books just vanish as we move into the 12th century. These are wonderful and very important little ripples but I think the main drive of the tide is the fact that the English language has died out.
