The New Theory and the New Way of Looking at Things
Theory of scientific progress is a larger reality of the microcosm of our own knowledge in the world. We proceed on the basis of certain theories and ideas as we learn, says David Frum. In this view, it's always possible that a new revolution will destroy or discard much of what we currently know. But paradoxically so, we can't simply stop learning or question everything or doubt everything incessantly and still make progress.
