When I was early in my career, even, you know, like I just didn't see the value in walking. So can you talk about why walking is such a nutrient dense movement and also why you shifted from telling people to walk more? Oh, well, for exactly that reason. You're like, why would I walk? It's so slow. I got all these tasks to do. And it really uses a lot of your body. It loads the bones, right?
