The Propensity for Violence in Prisons

In New Jersey, a man identifying as a woman just raped and impregnated two women in a prison. Of all the sex offenders behind bars, in both men's and women's prisons, who identify as women, well over two thirds are male. And then on top of that, you've got the fact that men are much stronger than women. The differences are large, especially in the upper body. And then you would think that you're going to allow one of these men to say he'm a woman and put him in the women's prisons. But they seem to be either taking advantage of a stupid policy or there's something I don't know about being a trans-identifying
